Project Manager – System Landscape

GP JOULE

• Overall management of the “System Landscape” project across all streams – ERP, CRM, BR/BI as well as ECM/DMS • Establishment of effective project governance • Organization and leadership of SteerCos (steering committees) • Active risk and issue management • Execution of testing phases (SIT, UAT) • Transparent communication with management, business units and project teams • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and documentation

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading complex IT or ERP transformation projects
  • Ideally experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., D365, Business Central, CRM, Power Platform)
  • Solid understanding of business processes – particularly in finance, procurement, sales and project-based business
  • Experience managing external implementation partners
  • Knowledge of project methodologies in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments
