Job Description

Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

Tether.to

• Own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product used at global scale, from writing the first user story to shipping the feature to measuring what it actually did. • Set the roadmap, drive every sprint, and be the person every engineer, designer, and stakeholder looks to when a decision needs to be made. • Read every ticket, track every dependency, ask the uncomfortable questions before it becomes a launch incident, and keep five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
  • Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
  • Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time.
  • Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You do not hand things off and disappear.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You do your best work when the stakes are high and the timeline is short.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote work opportunities

Product Manager, Facetune

LTX

At our core is LTX- an open-source generative video model built to deliver expressive, high-fidelity video at unmatched speed. It powers our own products and a growing ecosystem of creative partners worldwide. We're one of the few companies globally building our own multimodal foundation models, competing directly with the world's largest AI labs. Startup speed. Experienced leadership. A product people already love. Backed by a proven business model and unicorn-scale resources. We were founded by four computer-science PhDs who never stopped thinking like researchers. That mindset still defines us: deep technical ambition, a bias toward building, and a belief that the best creative tools haven't been invented yet. The team has done it before. Lightricks' suite of apps, including the famous Facetune, has over 500 million downloads worldwide and has won numerous prestigious awards, including Apple's App of the Year, the Apple Design Award and both Apple and Google Play's Best of the Year. What makes us "us" - At LTX, innovation starts with people, not buzzwords. We move fast, speak plainly, and take real ownership. Impact here comes from passion, curiosity, and initiative, and from raising the bar for yourself and the people around you. We believe the best work happens together. The culture here is genuinely collaborative, people share knowledge, back each other up, and win as a team. When things click, everyone feels it. You'll have what you need to do your best work: unrestricted access to compute, tools, and resources. We're AI-native in practice- first access to the latest models, real infrastructure, and a team that learns together in real time. We move at the pace of AI, not just in what we ship, but in how we think and work. Priorities shift, the market moves, and we move with it. If you thrive on change, adapt quickly, and want to be part of a team that keeps up, you'll feel right at home. We build, break, iterate, repeat. What matters here is how you think, what you're curious about, and where you want to go.

About the teamWe're looking for a Product Manager to join the Facetune team - our flagship app with millions of active users worldwide - someone who is genuinely connected to the aesthetics space Facetune is all about: skincare, photography, and social content, and who is comfortable using complex AI tools and works with them naturally on a daily basis. A hardworking, product-driven person who takes real ownership and is passionate about product and problem-solving. You should be able to independently analyze large-scale datasets (B2C) and turn insights into clear decisions, with a flexible mindset and the ability to think big. Being a Product Manager at Facetune right now means figuring out what's worth building, how to make it feel effortless to users, and how to grow a product that's already at scale. It's largely about tech and AI: you'll move fast, work closely with the data, and own your initiatives end to end: from the insight → the solution → the test that validates it. What you will be doing - Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and transforming them into live products that add significant value to users at a consumer scale - Develop and prioritize a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives, with a focus on AI-powered user experiences, subscription growth, and audience expansion - Design, run, and interpret A/B experiments across AI-powered user experiences, onboarding flows, and growth surfaces - from hypothesis through statistical validity to decision - Translate advanced AI capabilities - generative models, LLMs, creative pipelines - into intuitive, high-impact UX for a mass consumer audience - Work hands-on with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Base44 to accelerate prototyping, exploration, and execution - Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, data, and marketing to ensure exceptional and timely product execution - Make quick, informed decisions about implementation and trade-offs, balancing data signals with product intuition - Clearly articulate product vision and strategy to senior management, partners, and stakeholders Your skills and experience - Experience: - 3-4 years in product management or a data/analytics role with demonstrated product impact - outcomes win over title. - Demonstrated track record of driving business success through product or data leadership, including measurable improvements in KPIs such as user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. - Proven experience in B2C consumer products at a significant scale - you understand what mass audiences mean in practice: behavioral segmentation, large-scale cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making across a broad and diverse user base. - Deep, hands-on AI literacy: strong understanding of generative AI systems, LLMs, and creative AI pipelines. Able to hold substantive technical conversations with researchers and evaluate model quality and capability. - Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation methodology, from design through analysis to action. - Experience working in mobile B2C environments. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories. Strong technical background preferred. - Hard worker with a passion for product craft, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for fast, agile iteration and exploration. - Creative and curious mindset with an ongoing engagement with the AI ecosystem - tools, trends, and emerging capabilities. - Keen eye for design and sharp UX instincts; a background in creative tools or photography is a plus. - Familiarity with subscription economics, conversion optimization, and mobile growth levers is an advantage.
