Salesforce Administrator, Revenue Systems

• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including object configuration, custom fields and layouts, validation rules, flows, process builder automations, and permission sets. • Maintain CRM data integrity: design and enforce data quality standards, run audit processes, and own resolution of data issues. • Manage user access, profiles, roles, and security settings across the Revenue org. • Partner with the Revenue Systems Engineer on technical architecture decisions, providing structured Salesforce knowledge and a peer review layer for builds and automations. • Serve as the first point of escalation for Salesforce issues across the Revenue team, triaging and resolving before escalating to engineering. • Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively identify features or improvements that benefit the team. • Own platform administration for the CS platform (Vitally) and other core Revenue tools (e.g., Clay), including configuration, integrations, user management, and ongoing optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning Salesforce configuration end-to-end: objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and data quality best practices.
  • Experience administering at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (CS platform, sales engagement tool, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and own platforms without significant oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
