IT Systems Engineer – fully remote possible

• Advising and supporting customers on IT infrastructure projects • Managing and operating internal systems to deliver software solutions in the logistics environment • Continuous development of existing systems and evaluation of new solutions • Administration, configuration and implementation of highly available virtualization solutions • Contributing to the design and implementation of modern network topologies • Performing support tasks for delivered IT systems and analyzing complex incidents • Supporting technical projects and actively contributing to the adoption of new technologies

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, or several years of professional experience in comparable roles
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware and networking
  • Experience with Oracle databases is a plus but not required
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Passion for modern IT
  • Class B driver's license
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
