Understand what they need and what makes them happy. - Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design. - Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life. - Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat. - Help shape and evolve our design system. Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments. - A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft — with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps. - You’re proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things. - You care about users and obsess over getting the details right. - Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters. - Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).
