• As a Founders Associate intern, you will support our founding team across all areas – from strategy to day-to-day operations. • Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives and operational tasks • Assist in preparing pitches, reports, presentations, and analyses • Conduct market and competitive analyses • Contribute to projects in Business Development, Sales, Fundraising, or Operations, depending on the current focus • Own and manage small projects from A to Z • Organize and support internal processes and meetings
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a business-related field, or close to graduation
- Some practical experience in a startup environment, consulting, VC, or a SaaS company is a plus (not required)
- You work independently, in a structured way, and are solution-oriented
- You are curious, analytically strong, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- You speak fluent German and English
