Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at a fast-growing SaaS company or in management consulting — a plus if your responsibilities there were commercially focused.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive projects from conception through to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ambitious to grow within a dynamic, fast-scaling organization and willing to take on long-term responsibility.
- Business-fluent English is required.
- Native-level German.
