Role Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. We are seeking a Senior Manager, SaaS Apps Governance & Rationalization to establish and lead our enterprise SaaS governance function. This role will assess our current SaaS environment, eliminate redundancies, and build a sustainable management framework ensuring security, legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met across all applications including shadow IT. The role includes direct management of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Key Responsibilities: - SaaS Governance & Rationalization: - Conduct comprehensive SaaS application inventory and risk assessment - Develop and enforce SaaS governance policies and rationalization frameworks - Identify and eliminate unused, redundant, or non-compliant applications - Optimize software spend through contract negotiation and consolidation - Build and maintain an enterprise application catalog - Develop business case and roadmap for SSPM and governance tooling - Create rationalization targets aligned with 2026-2028 strategic goals - Microsoft 365 Platform Management: - Oversee SharePoint governance including site provisioning, lifecycle, and decommissioning -
