Senior Director, Product Management
AccurisFounded to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, Accuris US LLC is committed to empowering its clients through innovative technology solutions.
Role Description Accuris is investing in the next generation of our product portfolio. We need senior product leaders who can shape strategy, set direction across multiple teams, and make the calls that move the business — without needing a large org reporting to them. We're hiring a Senior Director, Product Management as a senior individual contributor. You'll own one of the most strategically important areas of the Accuris portfolio. You won't manage a team of PMs — instead, you'll operate as a player-coach: - Setting the vision, doing the hardest product work yourself, raising the bar for everyone around you. - Influencing executives, partners, and engineering leaders at the most senior levels. What You'll Do - Own end-to-end strategy and outcomes for a strategically critical area of the Accuris product portfolio — vision, positioning, roadmap, and P&L impact. - Make the hardest product calls yourself. Define the bets, sequence the work, kill what isn't working, and double down on what is. - Operate as the most senior product mind in the room on your area. - Spend significant time with customers — discovery, validation, co-design, and reference development. - Drive cross-portfolio alignment. Partner directly with peers in Engineering, Design, GTM, Marketing, and Finance. - Represent your area at the executive level — present to the CEO, CPO, and Board with crisp narrative, sharp data, and clear recommendations. - Mentor and uplevel other PMs across the organization through coaching, written artifacts, and example. - Build the strategic frameworks (pricing/packaging, build-vs-partner, market segmentation) that the rest of the portfolio will use. Qualifications - 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years operating at Principal or Director level on B2B technical, platform, or enterprise software products. - A track record of owning major product areas as the senior PM voice — driving outcomes through influence and craft rather than headcount. - Deep product judgment. - Comfort operating at the executive level. - Strong technical fluency. - Exceptional written communication. - Bias toward customer evidence and measurable outcomes. - Willingness to operate without direct reports. Bonus Points - Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. - Prior experience as a senior IC at a larger software company (Staff PM, Principal PM, or Sr. Director IC track). - Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries: aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, or energy. Benefits - A real senior IC track. - Mission that matters: the engineers who use our products design the aircraft, vehicles, and infrastructure the world depends on. Compensation/Benefits Information Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
