The role will include assisting with full-funnel planning and strategic work across the broad portfolio, seeing campaign execution from start to finish. The Media Manager will be responsible for budgets, campaign planning, launch, and reporting, and finding learnings and insights for the portfolio. The role will also act as the media guardian and make business recommendations relevant to the overall growth and KPIs of the brands. Your main focus: - Assist in the development and execution of media plans across each brand, inclusive of targeting and channel analysis, ROI assessment, creative overview, and the integration of cross-functional team plans - Contribute to media roadmap for COTY and the launch of full-funnel planning - Provide strategic insight into DTC development and plans - Help develop media plans that reach brand goals (Sales, SOV, financial targets) - Do competitive research and analysis in beauty category - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (such as influencer, sales, ecomm) on their plans and work holistically to achieve brand results - Work with Brand teams on briefs, budgets, reports - Liaise with agency on planning, execution, strategy, and reporting for campaigns and partnership opportunities - Work with vendors on strategic partnerships - Work in close partnership with Global Marketing and Media teams - Work with internal teams on tech and ad solutions - Be a thought leader in the digital, media, and marketing space, being up to date on latest channels, buying methods, ad units, etc. - Track marketing spend budget (A&CP) vs. actuals, plan, third party tools - Help develop ROI analysis for incremental opportunities - Lead weekly statuses with Brand teams and be go-to resource for media knowledge Working for Coty means our people make us who we are. The team consists of US Luxury Media Manager working closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Influencer Marketing/PR, Retail Media, Sales, eCommerce, DTC and Global Teams. QUALIFICATION We’d love to see candidates who have: Essential: - 5+ years relevant work experience in media (preferably in-house and/or agency experience) - Expertise in all areas of media (media strategy, planning, and buying: TV, digital/social, DTC, market and channel analysis) - Strong knowledge of US luxury fragrance and beauty environment (competitive brands, retail environment, digital activations), as well as other growth categories - Project management skills - Very strong analytical skills - Strong attention to detail: the ideal candidate will love digging into details - Focus on results and tenacity to get things done on time and on budget despite internal and external obstacles - Proactivity and start-up mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take actions before asked - Strong presentation and communication skills - Undergraduate degree required Desirable: - Prestige/luxury brand experience preferred - Must be autonomous, decisive, with strategic thinking OUR BEN As our US Luxury Media Manager, this is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
