Director, Client Development
ReSource Pro
• Build, develop, and lead a team of client advisors, driving performance through clear quota setting, regular pipeline inspection, and disciplined forecasting. • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews tied to sales outcomes, including win rates, deal velocity, and account growth. • Support your team in the field through client visits and remote calls to contribute to deal strategy and advance the sales pipeline. • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by fostering trusted partner relationships that increase utilization of ReSource Pro services. • Work closely with on- and offshore delivery teams to troubleshoot concerns and negotiate renewal terms. • Contribute to the development of organizational business development standards, practices, and cross-team learning initiatives. • Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented workplace culture by upholding professionalism and engaging in constructive conversations. • Maintain individual contributor account management responsibilities for a portfolio of key accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 10–15 years of experience in sales and/or account management within insurance, BPO, or a related industry
- 7+ years of experience in leading and managing professional teams
- Proven record of sales success and an established understanding of the core business of insurance clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence all levels of an organization
- Technologically savvy, including proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management skills with a proven record of achieving consensus and effective results in project implementation
- Ability to thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time
- Industry designations such as CIC, CPCU, AINS, or CRS are preferred but not required.

Role Description The Executive Director, Commercial Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide analytics strategy supporting U.S. commercial operations. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize commercial performance, and inform strategic direction. This role will lead the development of a scalable and integrated analytics ecosystem spanning data strategy, advanced analytics, incentive design, and performance measurement across the product lifecycle. The Executive Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring analytics insights are actionable and directly influence key business decisions.
