Role Description This fast-growing hearing healthcare startup is seeking a motivated and experienced Audiologist to join their fully remote team in a revenue-driving consultative sales role. The position is heavily focused on sales, business development, and revenue generation while still utilizing your clinical knowledge to educate and guide patients through hearing treatment recommendations. - Patients will either provide a recent audiogram or complete an at-home hearing test. - The Audiologist will conduct remote consultations — primarily by phone, with some video appointments — to explain hearing loss, discuss lifestyle needs, recommend appropriate technology, and help guide patients through the purchasing process. - A separate remote clinical team handles programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting, allowing this role to stay focused on patient consultation and sales conversion. • Lead AI & data strategy engagements end-to-end: problem definition, readiness assessment, use case prioritization, and design of roadmaps and operating models tied to revenue, customer experience, and innovation objectives • Own engagement delivery; manage scope and risk, maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships (including C-suite), and facilitate high-impact discovery, prioritization, and "art of the possible" workshops • Bridge the gap between business needs and technology: develop balanced technical, organizational, and process recommendations and build compelling narratives and rigorous business cases for AI/data investments • Architect future-state AI & data operating models and technology stacks with a focus on safety, scalability, TCO, and regulatory compliance • Provide delivery oversight for AI/data platforms; ensure execution aligns with agreed strategy; own quality of all engagement outputs and coach project team members on consulting fundamentals and business impact • Serve as a trusted advisor to day-to-day client sponsors and senior stakeholders, owning relationships, aligning on delivery roadmaps, and surfacing expansion opportunities • Partner with executive sponsors, data and analytics leaders, product and delivery teams, and business end users to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes • Build cross-practice relationships (Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Advisory) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive customer success • Contribute to phData's AI & Data Strategy offerings: methods, frameworks, accelerators, and client-ready collateral • Support sales pursuits, client presentations, and thought leadership focused on AI and data strategy • Mentor consultants and senior consultants on strategic thinking, executive presence, and delivery quality

Role Description - Design challenging, real-world domain-specific problems in areas like: - financial modeling - legal reasoning - econometrics - ML - coding - Focus on addressing core capability loss failures in frontier AI models. - Integrate problems into an Agentic development environment using Python. - Prepare all necessary components for robust task execution. - Evaluate the target model's performance on designed tasks. - Analyze outcomes to improve model reasoning and outputs. - Identify tasks where the model fails to pass tests. - Classify failures as logical reasoning issues to guide future improvements. - Collaborate with domain experts to enhance AI model training and ensure task relevance and accuracy. Qualifications - Current or retired professor, or PhD student, in STEM or professional/quantitative domains. - Degree or PhD in progress from a top university. - Working proficiency in Python applied in research, industry, GitHub, or coursework. - Ability to engage reliably for 30+ hours/week during weekdays. - Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
