Lead Full Stack Engineer

• Lead Full Stack Engineer to work alongside a global organization, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies including React, Python, and AWS. • Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (React) and backend (Python) components of web applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features end-to-end. • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following software development best practices. • Architect and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services to ensure reliability and scalability. • Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards. • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Solid hands-on experience with React for frontend development, including component architecture and state management.
  • Strong proficiency in Python FastAPI for backend development, including RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Practical experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with AI systems or AI-powered applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional team environments.
  • English: Advanced (required for effective communication with global teams).
