Utilising your sales expertise and, your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will drive revenue growth within existing client accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This is a telephony based sales role which will maximize sales profitability through a combination of lead follow-up, strategic prospecting, and effective promotion of BSI products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. - Effectively articulate and position BSI products and services to key departmental decision-makers in small to midsize organizations. - Identify, articulate, and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that align with specific client requirements. - Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, building strong sales relationships to ensure a robust and continuous pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities. - Participate in and adhere to a structured sales model focused on attracting and developing new business. - Monitor emerging market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities that drive new revenue generation. - Engage in ongoing sales training and promotional initiatives to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions To be successful in this role, you will have: - 2 - 4 years sales experience within B2B or B2C environments. - Previous experience in prospecting and lead generation. - An excellent telephone manner with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills. - The ability to positively handle client objections. - A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. - Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
