Property Manager

Role Description This person will be the front-line employee working with our residents and leasing, maintenance, and construction partners to provide top-tier customer service and drive day-to-day operations of the portfolio of properties they are assigned. The Property Manager will be assigned a portfolio, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. - Supervision: May be assigned to oversee the duties and tasks of the Assistant Property Manager, ensuring their proper execution and providing necessary support. - Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Darwin Homes and assigned clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Maintain consistent communication with residents and ancillary services. - Property Management: Oversee the properties within the assigned portfolio, assist leasing staff with move-in processes, and handle client escalations. Work cross-functionally with other departments to drive portfolio performance. - Repairs and Maintenance: Organize and coordinate repairs and maintenance for properties in the portfolio. Conduct and coordinate routine property inspections as needed. - Rent Collection and Policy Adherence: Focus on rent collection throughout the month, adhering to stringent collections policies. - Resident Relations: Represent the company professionally to current and prospective residents, emphasizing customer-first service. Assist in resident relations programs and prepare residents for tenancy with the company. - Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market conditions, trends, and competition to position the company effectively. - Lease Management: Work with existing residents to renew leases, transfer to other properties, and foster brand loyalty. Collaborate with internal and external counsel to manage eviction processes. - Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations. Qualifications - 2+ years of Property Management experience - Active Real Estate License - High School Diploma or GED - Active Real Estate License. Role Description Syndax is searching for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in our West region responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with current and future hematology/oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health care providers in academic and community practices. The MSL will be a key member of the Field Medical Affairs team at Syndax. This position will be the primary communicator of Syndax science and will be responsible for executing the national medical affairs plan within their assigned territory.
