Role Description The Campaign Manager position is an entry-level opportunity to learn more about Advertising. This role is ideal for skilled, dedicated, hardworking, and highly organized individuals looking to start their careers in Advertising. - Execute standard and sponsorship digital display campaigns with pre-established benchmarks and KPIs as conveyed by the Sales team. - Accurately book sales contract data into internal systems in concert with established sales process and policy. - Coordinate with Sales and Operation Centres to ensure commercial content is posted properly, and ad tags are created accurately and trafficked on time. - Build commercial content packages on CMSs, which may include photo galleries, video or embedded images. - Build Facebook/Twitter ads for clients and monitor/optimize based on client’s KPIs. - Liaise with all parties, internal and external, to ensure all campaign and multi-media operation assets are executed on time. - Proactively monitor contract delivery and key progress indicators. Report on progress against client goals keeping all relevant parties informed of the status. - Ensure all aspects of program runs efficiently throughout the duration of the campaign. - Flexible hours in concert with project schedules are required. Qualifications - College or University Graduate, preferably relating to Digital Marketing. - Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills. - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office: especially Excel, Outlook and Word. - Understanding of Project Management principles. - Understanding of Digital, Publishing & Advertising Operations. - Experience with ad serving & reporting platforms: Google Ad Manager (GAM), DBM, DV360. - Experience with FB Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads. - Experience with WordPress. - Experience with HTML5, 3rd party creative tags, and other ad formats for digital display preferred, but not mandatory. - Understanding of Multi-media & Digital Video Operations an asset, but not mandatory. Requirements - Base Salary: $40,000 - $48,000.
