Role Description The Internal IT Support team is responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT operations, maintaining internal IT processes, and ensuring stable delivery of IT services across the organization. As an IT Knowledge Management Specialist, you will focus on organizing and maintaining the internal IT knowledge base and operational documentation. Your role will include: - Keeping documentation accurate and structured - Supporting alignment between operational practices and documented processes - Participating in IT audit activities This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams and processes.
