You’ll work directly with users across the business to help them confidently adopt new AI-powered tools and build practical solutions using Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. As a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Consultant, you will: - Support the adoption and enablement of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities across the business. - Deliver workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, and hands-on support to users with varying technical experience. - Empower business users to create and manage custom AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio. - Create user guides, how-to documentation, and reusable learning materials to support self-service adoption. - Work closely with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes. - Support governance and visibility initiatives by maintaining and updating Power Platform inventory and monitoring tools. - Promote best practices around platform usage, environments, and solution lifecycle management. - Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. - Help establish scalable ways of working that encourage safe, effective, and sustainable adoption of AI-powered capabilities. Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. - Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or related Microsoft AI capabilities. - Experience delivering user training, onboarding, workshops, or coaching sessions. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users. - Experience supporting technology adoption, enablement, or digital transformation initiatives. - Understanding of governance, environment management, or Centre of Excellence (CoE) approaches within Power Platform. - Ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate them clearly to different audiences. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Requirements - Experience supporting enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 or Power Platform rollouts. - Knowledge of Power Platform governance and monitoring tools. - Experience working within energy, utilities, engineering, or regulated environments. - Familiarity with low-code solution design and automation best practices. - Experience creating scalable enablement or learning content. Benefits - Personalised Career Development: We create a development plan customised to your goals and aspirations, with a range of learning and development opportunities within a culture that encourages growth. - Flexible working: Flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance. - A Fantastic Benefits Package: This includes generous annual leave allowance, enhanced family friendly benefits, pension scheme, access to private health, well-being, and insurance schemes.

Role Description Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey. We're looking for a Solution Consultant to join our presales team covering EMEA, based in the UK. This is a customer-facing, consultative role. You'll run discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes. What You'll Do: - Run discovery with prospects — ask the right questions to understand business challenges, current tech stack, and what success looks like for them. - Deliver product demonstrations — tailored sessions that connect our platform to the customer's specific use cases. - Build and present solution concepts — translate customer requirements into clear, compelling narratives around our technology. - Support the sales cycle end-to-end — from initial qualification through technical validation to close, working in lockstep with your AE. - Handle technical questions and objections — bridge the gap between what the customer's marketing and IT teams need to hear. - Prepare and deliver workshop-style sessions — for mid-market and enterprise evaluation processes, often with multiple stakeholders in the room. - Leverage AI tools proactively — use AI assistants, copilots, and automation to accelerate research, demo prep, content creation, and internal workflows. - Collaborate internally — work with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure what we propose is what we can deliver. - Contribute to presales assets — demo environments, use case libraries, and reusable content that makes the whole team better. Qualifications - Fluent English (primary working language) and strong German — you can present, write, and hold business conversations in both. - Based in the UK, comfortable covering EMEA with occasional travel for key customer meetings, workshops, and team events. - Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers — you understand how buying decisions are made in larger organisations. - Confidence presenting to groups — whether it's a 1:1 with a Head of CRM or a room of 15 stakeholders, you hold the room. - Strong communication and discovery skills — you listen well, ask structured questions, and explain technical concepts in business language. - Curiosity and structured thinking — you enjoy understanding how things work and can break down complex topics logically. - Active use of AI tools — you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in your work and you're genuinely interested in how AI is changing the way we sell, consult, and build solutions. - 2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant field — this could be presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, digital/CRM agency work, martech consulting, implementation consulting, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Requirements - Experience in SaaS, martech, or the broader digital marketing ecosystem. - Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or personalisation engines. - Hands-on experience delivering demos or running customer workshops. - Understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations. - Basic technical literacy — APIs, data integrations, webhooks, SQL, or similar. - Experience using AI for content generation, prospect research, or workflow automation beyond basic prompting. - Additional European languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) — useful but not required. - Experience working directly with sales teams and navigating commercial conversations. Benefits - Real growth path with a clear trajectory. - Work that matters commercially — directly influence whether enterprise deals move forward. - Strong product that is significantly easier to sell and consult on. - AI-forward team that encourages using AI tools to work smarter. - Collaborative team where presales is respected. - EMEA scope from the UK with broad exposure to different markets and industries. - Remote-friendly setup within the UK, with travel for key customer engagements and team events.
