• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts • Manage discovery, including organizing, reviewing, and producing documents • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other key case materials • Support attorneys with trial preparation and attend hearings or trials as needed • Conduct legal research and summarize findings • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and calendars • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts • Track and record billable hours in accordance with firm guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (insurance defense preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of court and administrative proceedings
- Familiarity with lawsuit summaries, litigation files, and legal record maintenance

Role Description The Contracts Administrator/Paralegal will play a critical role in managing the Company’s contractual agreements and supporting the legal team.
