Your organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the experience families have with Hand Over Hand. - Keep operations running smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative workflows across Billing & Accounts Receivable functions. - Maintain accuracy and organization by managing documentation, data entry, tracking systems, and operational records with precision. - Support families and staff through responsive, professional communication to parents, team members, and external stakeholders. - Assist with authorizations and credentialing by tracking insurance authorizations, provider credentialing, and compliance-related documentation. - Strengthen operational efficiency by supporting process improvements, workflow organization, and cross-functional administrative initiatives. - Be a trusted support partner by collaborating across departments to ensure operational continuity during periods of growth and change. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - 1–3 years of administrative or operational support experience preferred. - Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or medical office settings preferred. - Familiarity with EMR systems, spreadsheets, and administrative tracking systems preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. They will also review transportation invoices, create invoices for VSQG customers and submit yearly regulatory reports to the appropriate state or federal agency. This position is located in Deschutes County and may be eligible for hybrid of in-office/remote work as allowed by policy and approved by the supervisor. Key Responsibilities: + Plans, coordinates and supervises the Hazardous Waste operations, assessing customers' needs, and may perform all duties of the lower classifications, as needed. + Ensures proper enforcement of hazardous materials control procedures. + Prepares billing for participants in the Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) program; completes all administrative tasks including completion of daily, monthly, quarterly, annual regulatory filing and reporting. + Provides information and education to internal and external stakeholders regarding hazardous material disposal policies and regulations.
