Qualifications - Technical architect with a builder’s mindset. - Experience in engineering solutions that bridge complex FinTech infrastructure and high-impact Marketing goals. Requirements - Extensive experience building scalable backend services. - Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript. - Familiar with Spring, Python, NodeJS, and ReactNative. - Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. - Experience using the Grafana LGTM stack for observability. - Comfortable integrating AI tools within a structured development environment. - Quality over quick-fixes; pride in clean, readable, and well-tested code. - Ability to translate marketing-speak into technical requirements. - Customer-obsessed with a focus on improving user experience.
