• Define and evolve the backend architecture of the Magento platform, ensuring scalability and performance • Provide technical leadership to the backend development team, establishing coding standards, performing code reviews and mentoring the team • Design and review critical integrations with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, fraud prevention, OMS and PIM) • Technically manage the migration from Adobe Commerce to Magento Community, ensuring module compatibility and a zero-downtime strategy • Diagnose and resolve high-complexity critical incidents related to infrastructure, performance and security (PHP-FPM, Nginx, OpenSearch) • Monitor and optimize the platform using Grafana and Tempo, acting proactively on observability metrics • Collaborate with the Product Owner on technical refinement, effort estimates and product roadmap feasibility

• Lead and mentor a team of Resident Engineers dedicated to managing platforms for our top-tier customers. • Act as the primary point of contact post-implementation, taking a critical role in issue management to expedite customer resolutions and ensure satisfaction. • Foster a trusted advisor relationship with customer partners and executive sponsors, driving product adoption and ensuring the solution delivers full business value. • Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and provide strategic guidance to internal teams in handling escalations. • Collaborate with Customer Experience Leadership to align account activities with the customer's business case and strategy. • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases. • Ensure the successful adoption of Armis playbooks and processes by Resident Engineers. • Provide monthly KPIs relating to Resident Engineer Program. • Identify Resident Engineer renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal. • Be the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product development. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively sell and position Success Services.

• Define the long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for high-criticality, system-level products. • Lead the evangelism, design, and structuring of a cross-team native AI development ecosystem, including scalable SDD (Spec-Driven Development), Intent Development, and Harness Engineering practices. • Ensure technical and economic governance of AI models, balancing token costs, latency, security (corporate guardrails), and data privacy.
