• Edit long-form YouTube videos (studio shoots, lessons, breakdowns, storytelling pieces, and lifestyle content) • Edit high-production short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn • Build a consistent visual identity across all founder content • Create clean, aesthetically strong animations and motion graphics • Add subtitles, graphics, and brand elements to elevate content quality • Develop scroll-stopping hooks and story pacing for short-form • Help optimise content for each platform’s algorithm and format • Collaborate with founders and our head of content on concepts, scripts, and creative direction • Maintain a fast editing turnaround while hitting high quality standards • Manage content versions, asset organisation, and project files
Job Requirements
- Extremely strong English proficiency - you must be able to speak / understand English at an almost native level in order to best work with the team.
- 2+ years experience editing for creators, personal brands, or YouTube channels.
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci.
- A deep understanding of modern social aesthetics and native content trends for personal brands in the digital marketing / online business space.
- Ability to switch quickly between polished production and raw social content
- Strong taste - you care about aesthetics, cleanliness, typography, spacing, framing, and visual quality
- Excellent ability to tell stories visually, complementing the speaker.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced full-time Video Editor to join our internal team remotely. This role is focused on editing short-form social media content and long-form YouTube-style content for our agency and clients. The ideal candidate should be able to take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging videos without needing constant step-by-step direction. You will work on content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Duties & Responsibilities - Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Edit long-form YouTube videos, usually around 8–12 minutes in length. - Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips. - Review raw footage and identify the strongest hooks, key moments, and usable content. - Improve the pacing, flow, structure, and engagement of each video. - Add captions/subtitles with strong readability, timing, and visual consistency. - Add relevant B-roll, screenshots, overlays, zooms, graphics, music, sound effects, and pattern interrupts. - Remove awkward pauses, mistakes, filler words, dead space, and weak sections. - Format and export videos correctly for different platforms. - Follow existing templates, brand guidelines, examples, and editing references. - Bring creative input and suggest improvements to editing style, structure, and content flow. - Help improve internal editing templates, caption styles, recurring formats, and production systems. - Organise raw footage, project files, exports, and final deliverables clearly. - Work with the internal review team and apply feedback quickly. - Reduce revision rounds over time by learning and applying the agency’s preferred editing style. - Maintain consistent monthly output and meet agreed deadlines. - Communicate clearly regarding progress, timelines, blockers, and revisions. - Maintain a high standard of quality while improving speed and efficiency over time.
