Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required (degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred). - Experience working with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs — whether as a credentialed SPED teacher, paraprofessional, interventionist, or tutor. - Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations (extended time, chunked instruction, multi-sensory approaches, etc.). - Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations. - Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online. - Ability to pass a background check. - Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
