• The Senior Multimedia Specialist creates multimedia products based on requirements provided by the customer and project management team. • Responsibilities include developing videos, animations, multimedia interactions, original graphics, audio, designing and editing web-based materials, and providing design recommendations. • The role involves staying current with multimedia development trends and communicating progress while addressing questions or roadblocks to the task lead.

Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in visual design, video, e-learning, or graphic arts
  • Proficient within Adobe Creative Cloud software including programs focusing on video editing, animation, web design/development, and print design
  • Highly creative with the ability to produce unique videos, animations, interactions and graphics for presentations, web based training, websites, and print materials
  • Skilled in producing videos from storyboards or updating existing videos
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and senior staff
  • Mentors junior Designers
  • Strong teamwork, clear communication skills, and patience in customer interactions
  • Knowledge or experience with modern web development tools and languages including HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Experience editing in web-based learning management systems and Content management systems (Drupal)
