Tu misión principal será actuar como nexo y facilitador entre nuestros clientes y los equipos internos de desarrollo, data e IA. Serás la pieza clave para traducir necesidades de negocio en lineamientos técnicos claros, gestionando el ciclo de vida end-to-end de los proyectos con foco en la calidad, los plazos y una experiencia de cliente impecable. - Liderazgo de Proyectos: Coordinar la implementación de soluciones de IA aplicadas a procesos comerciales, desde el kickoff inicial hasta la puesta en producción. - Gestión de Clientes: Actuar como el punto de contacto clave, gestionando expectativas, comunicando avances y facilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas. - Traducción de Requerimientos: Convertir necesidades comerciales en especificaciones claras para los equipos de data e IA. - Control y Delivery: Realizar el seguimiento detallado de cronogramas, entregables, riesgos y dependencias técnicas. - Integraciones: Acompañar la adopción y conexión de las soluciones con herramientas del cliente y CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Qualifications - Experiencia previa en consultoría, gestión de proyectos, delivery tecnológico o roles similares con manejo directo de stakeholders. - Fuerte entendimiento de procesos de negocio y comerciales. - Habilidad para interactuar y coordinar con equipos técnicos, aunque no programes. - Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, reporting o lectura de bases de datos). - Excelente comunicación, autonomía, alta capacidad organizativa y orientación a resultados. Requirements - Experiencia previa en proyectos de IA/analítica, manejo de CRMs, nociones de APIs/integraciones y metodologías ágiles.
