Clinical Support Representative
Radformation
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and screen share regarding Radformation software • Manage a high-volume case load (often 10–20 cases per day) while maintaining timely and meaningful customer communication • Provide meaningful initial responses within one hour and aim to resolve cases within one business day • Troubleshoot issues where solutions may not yet be documented, requiring critical thinking and collaboration to resolve • Support the majority of Radformation products (excluding QuickCode and RadMachine) • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system • Partner with the Knowledge Support team to identify educational opportunities and recurring themes • Collaborate with Clinical Success to identify clinics that may benefit from proactive outreach or additional support • Participate in weekly Support team meetings and cross-functional discussions
Job Requirements
- Board Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD/MDCB required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS
- Strong understanding of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows (3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT)
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- This role requires consistent availability during standard working hours in a real-time support environment (fully remote but role will have a set schedule).
- 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience preferred
- Experience using Radformation software preferred
- Prior customer service or clinical support experience preferred
