As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going — providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. - Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. - Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. - Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. - Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. - Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation. - Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team. Qualifications - Master’s degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT). - Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. - Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
