• Responsible for eliciting the functional and non-functional requirements that the system to be developed must meet. • Guide, monitor and direct developers regarding the use of requirements process tools. • Capture a common vocabulary and classify the critical processes of the systems. • Participate in the construction of prototypes. • Define report specifications and audit trail recording. • Describe the user interface. • Develop supplementary specifications and a requirements management plan. • Document information classification. • Prepare supplementary specifications, glossary, requirements list, and access profile matrix for systems. • Specify functional requirements / use cases and structure the use case model. • Responsible for requirements approval meetings. • Elicit, document and prioritize preliminary requirements. • Maintain business rules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
  • DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS: CPRE - Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering; IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management w/Use Cases.
  • Desired experience: 3 years performing activities of elicitation, modeling and documentation of software system requirements.
  • Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, observation); process and business rules modeling (BPMN, UML); writing Use Cases and User Stories; supporting tools: IBM DOORS, Rational Requirements Composer (RRC), Jira, Confluence; requirements versioning and change control; basic knowledge of information classification, audit trails and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); software quality standards (IEEE 830, ISO/IEC 29148).

Role Description CGS is seeking a FOIA Analyst to join our team supporting the legal mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in processing FOIA requests, creating FOIA correspondence, and communicating negotiations, among additional relevant tasks. Skills and attributes for success: - Receive, review, and analyze new and backlogged Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. - Intake incoming requests and prepare FOIA request folders. - Enter request data in the FOIA tracking database. - Draft response letters and other FOIA correspondence. - Communicate and initiate negotiations with requesters, FOIA staff, sponsors (or regulated industry representatives), and contractors pertaining to records requested and associated information to be released. - Serve as a liaison with requesters, and on rare occasions, other agencies and appellants, regarding records that may involve more than one (1) agency component/office. - Coordinate searches for responsive documents and identify duplicate records. - Review program records for responsiveness and offer release determinations. - Ensure released materials do not contain information exempted under the applicable exemptions.
