• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research—from problem framing and scoping through to analysis and delivery of actionable insights • Inform product and design strategy through rigorous generative and evaluative research executed to the highest standards • Balance research rigor with scrappiness and innovation as you work alongside a fast-moving AI product and design team • Partner with PMs to define UX metrics and telemetry plans, then synthesize data into narratives that guide product decisions or future research • Explore how AI can enhance security and networking experiences, identifying opportunities to integrate AI responsibly into our users’ workflows
Job Requirements
- Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research projects in the enterprise environment
- Experience partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to define and execute research studies
- Experience applying a variety of research methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, benchmarking, concept evaluations, journey mapping or data analysis
- Demonstrated success conducting UX research in the field of AI
- Actively incorporating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience defining UX success metrics, creating telemetry plans, analyzing behavioral product data
- Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C large enterprise.

Role Description The Principal HEOR Researcher is responsible for data management, RWE study design, and statistical analyses to disseminate clinical and economic outcomes for life science and payer partnerships, demonstrate PANTHERx’s unique differentiators, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in HEOR, RWE, and healthcare analytics; a strong foundation in advanced statistical techniques; and a passion for using data to drive innovation in specialty pharmacy services. Responsibilities - Designs and conducts complex level studies, analyses, reports, data pipelines, models, dashboards, or other data products to support strategic initiatives such as manufacturer HEOR opportunities, payer reporting, and clinical trial analytics. - Executes the end-to-end lifecycle of RWE research projects—from conducting literature reviews, identifying appropriate methods, and drafting IRB protocols to managing data, performing statistical analyses and preparing publication materials. - Manages and prepares RWE data using best practices in data governance, quality, integrity, security and documentation, in partnership with internal and external teams. - Serves as a subject-matter expert in real-world evidence methodology, applying and interpreting advanced statistical techniques—including observational study design, causal inference, survival analysis, regression modeling, and sensitivity analyses—to generate decision-grade insights. - Builds data dashboards and data visualization reporting outputs for translation of research, payer analytics, outcome analytics, and internal metrics. - Prepares and disseminates results through abstracts, posters, presentations, and peer-reviewed publication.
