Role Description La oportunidad PepsiCo strategy includes focused efforts to digitalize the company and build capabilities across the company. These capabilities are: Innovate/Market, Plan, Make, Sell and Deliver. Inside the Plan capability, one of the main enablers is Mosaic. Mosaic is a global, integrated, and predictive planning tool aligned to the FP&A module of PepsiCo’s Global Template that is currently operating in certain OUs (Europe, AMESA, APAC, North America and LATAM) and will be rolled-out across all sectors. For the MOSAIC rollout to succeed, a support organization is required to assist planners, ensuring end-user satisfaction and the operational consistency of the Mosaic ecosystem. The Mosaic TM1 Support Sr Analyst will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic processes and tools (IBM Planning Analytics, Data Lake). Furthermore, the role acts as the primary point of contact for end users regarding technical, functional, and process-related questions. Providing a robust support and sustainment model is critical to driving internal adoption and enabling disruption-free financial capabilities for senior management and PepsiCo shareholders. This role is part of the MCC organization supporting the LATAM region (FOBO LATAM, Mexico Foods and Brazil Foods and later all other BUs in LATAM region) planning & function finance teams. Given the team structure and deployment roadmap, the incumbent will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently virtually with the broader organization. This position will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including BU FP&A teams, Mosaic /Function leads, FOBO Planning Center teams, and IT. Tu impacto: - Support core financial planning processes (Month-end closing, Forecast, AOP, etc.) through right inputs into the tools and resolution of issues in order to enable proper submissions. - Ensuring timely submission along with opportunity for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes. - Work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders (Data Scientists, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.), supporting and ensuring a robust fully functional solution across Mosaic INTL. - Become an ‘SME’ in the complete Mosaic template design. - Work closely with the IT/consulting houses/Data scientists to test the system as it is being developed. - Escalate issues as they arise to the IT and Business design team - coordinate action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure linkages and consistency across tools (e.g. Mosaic TM1 & Cockpit, Mosaic TM1 & AI) along with master data connections are mapped. - Support training agenda by maintaining and updating training documentation and delivering training sessions based on the specific needs of the market. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years prior experience with TM1. - Finance knowledge/experience. - Demonstrated ability to interpret system challenges and identify anomalies and trends. - Willingness to get involved in detailed issues, but without missing the big picture/trends that need longer-term action. - Leadership/ability to coach and develop colleagues, both those in the same team and others in the broader organization. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively cross-functionally, verbally, and in writing. - Strong written and verbal English. - Project and timeline management. - Working with other countries across boundaries remotely. - Ability to operate autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables at a single time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and with a remote team.
