AI Talent Intelligence & Recruiting Associate

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, AI tools, Apollo, Google, GitHub, portfolios, social media, and alternative sourcing channels • Support executive search and recruiting projects across multiple international markets and industries • Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI workflows, and automation tools to improve sourcing, outreach, research, reporting, and operational efficiency • Help design and improve AI-assisted sourcing, recruiting, and operational workflows • Assist with candidate outreach, invitation campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline engagement • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, ATS/CRM systems, and talent databases • Assist with job posting creation, posting management, and candidate tracking across multiple recruiting platforms • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research • Support AI-driven recruiting initiatives and scalable recruiting systems • Assist with reporting, workflow organization, documentation, and operational coordination • Support business development initiatives, lead research, and client intelligence projects • Contribute to international projects, recruiting operations, and strategic growth initiatives • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting and research tasks using AI tools • Continuously learn emerging AI technologies, recruiting methodologies, sourcing strategies, and automation systems
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in AI, recruiting, sourcing, startups, business operations, executive search, or technology
- Excellent English communication and internet research skills
- Comfortable learning new software, AI tools, and systems quickly
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Apollo, CRM systems, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or sourcing tools is a plus
- Desirable experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Recruit CRM, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting/job posting systems
- Familiarity with posting and managing job advertisements across LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting platforms is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, resourceful, curious, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, performance-oriented environment
- International mindset and ability to collaborate with multicultural teams remotely
