Diese Position bietet langfristige Perspektiven. - Durchführung von Angebotsanfragen, einfachen Markterkundungen und transparente Strukturierung des Materialfelds Software (u.a. Zuordnung des Materials zu Verträgen) - Selbständige Vorbereitung und Durchführen einfacher Verhandlungen (mit Fokus auf Preisen und kommerziellen Bedingungen) - Selbständige Erstellung einfacher Verträge; Überprüfung und Bewertung von AGB; Führen der Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten, Ablage in der Vertragsdatenbank - Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Prozessieren von Wartungsverlängerungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und dem Lizenzmanagement sowie Anlage von Materialnummern - Selbstständige und Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung einfacher Vergaben (z.B. für Folgeverträge, Liefergeschäfte oder einfache Software-Überlassung) - Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen sowie Präsentation der Ergebnisse gegenüber den Lieferanten und unter Beteiligung der betroffenen Fachbereich Qualifications - Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung / Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang oder eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf, alternativ min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld - Berufserfahrung im Software Einkauf oder IT-Einkauf oder Lizenzmanagement (Lizenzen, Wartung Softwarepflege) (mind. 2 Jahre) - Erfahrungen mit EU weiten Vergaben und dem Vergaberecht (mind. 1 Jahr) - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
