• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, and landing page copy on topics related to gig work, side hustles, and remote earning • Conduct keyword research to identify high-opportunity topics • Optimize existing content for search performance — updating meta descriptions, headers, and internal links • Collaborate with the growth team to align content with campaign priorities • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and meet editorial deadlines • Write for a real human audience — not just search bots • Track content performance and iterate based on what ranks and converts

• Support recurring SEO and content marketing deliverables across multiple client accounts • Assist with keyword research, topic ideation, and content brief creation • Identify and prioritize content refresh and optimization opportunities • Support monthly reporting and performance tracking initiatives • Coordinate workflow across account managers, SEO specialists, writers, editors, and contractors • Review deliverables for alignment, completeness, and quality assurance • Help manage project tracking, handoffs, and operational documentation • Assist with light technical SEO coordination and audit follow-up tasks • Communicate proactively about timelines, blockers, and project updates

• Own end-to-end SEO and AIO strategy for a defined subset of healthcare clients, from onboarding through ongoing execution. • Build and present strategic client roadmaps that align SEO best practices with client business goals. • Lead keyword research, mapping, and content strategy to identify topics that drive both traditional and AI search visibility. • Execute and oversee on-page, technical, and content SEO optimizations on client WordPress sites. • Jointly present monthly performance reports to Account Managers and client points of contact. • Serve as a subject-matter expert for clients and Account Managers on content and technical SEO. • Support the SEO Manager on larger accounts, contributing to strategy, deliverables, and pod operations. • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize SEO workflows and client outcomes. • Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
