Operations Manager, Revenue & Financial Systems

RGA

• Support administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite. • Maintain financial data integrity across ERP and connected systems. • Support cross-system reconciliation between HubSpot, NetSuite, PM/TM tools, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Brex / Navan). • Operationalize and maintain process improvements through system updates, workflows, permissions, and controls. • Manage the end-to-end growth-to-finance data workflow, ensuring clean handoffs between pipeline, forecasting, project setup, and revenue tracking. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and recurring operational readouts across commercial and financial systems. • Enable real-time visibility into key business metrics including pipeline health, forecasting, revenue, utilization, and operational performance.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Systems Administration, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing Netsuite, HubSpot, or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise operational tools and integrations across CRM, ERP, PM/TM, and finance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, operational reporting, and data governance.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global, matrixed organizations.
