Role Description As a Diagnostic Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission. In this role, you will conduct team-based comprehensive diagnostic assessments of children with common neurobehavioral disorders of childhood, including: - Autism - ADHD - Learning disorders - Anxiety - Depression - Disruptive behavior disorders You will conduct evaluations via telehealth and using our AI tool to aid in writing reports. Qualifications - Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA accredited program in Clinical Psychology. - Licensed psychologist in good standing in at least one of the states we operate in (New Mexico and/or Colorado), or willing to obtain licensure. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience conducting comprehensive child evaluations. - Strong foundation in evidence-based assessment practices for ASD and related conditions, including ADOS framework. - Experience and comfort with telehealth assessment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex diagnostic findings to families and professionals. - Proficiency in electronic recordkeeping systems (e.g., EHR) is a plus. - Commitment to cultural competency and providing services in a family-centered, collaborative manner. - Passion for working with children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges and their families. - Preferred: Active member of PSYPACT (Psychologists Interjurisdictional Compact) allowing for telehealth evaluations across state lines. - Located in: CO, UT, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, OK, or NM.
