Role Description As a Construction Manager with Mobile Modular, you will be responsible for working with the sales team supporting projects from Qualifying to Contract. This position has the responsibility to manage the proposal process to include: - Estimating - Subcontractor sourcing - Proposal development - Risk management Your role will involve: - Leading the project in scope of work/specification development, estimating, establishing the schedule, preliminary design through the proposal phase from Qualifying to Contract. - Providing leadership for internal and external project team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. - Tracking and reporting on project status through the proposal process. - Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. - Procuring adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes. - Being a strong advocate for “Team Selling” to support and mentor the salesperson to execute on our proposal strategy. - Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership. - Demonstrating a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices and company risk thresholds. - Having an extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
