Role Description Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Fiscal para atuar diretamente nas rotinas fiscais da empresa, garantindo conformidade tributária, apuração correta dos tributos e entrega das obrigações acessórias dentro dos prazos legais. Como Analista Fiscal, você será responsável por garantir que os processos fiscais estejam corretamente executados, assegurando compliance tributário, confiabilidade das informações e suporte às demandas de auditoria e fiscalização. Você atuará em parceria com áreas contábeis, financeiras e operacionais, contribuindo para a eficiência e segurança fiscal da empresa. Responsibilities and Duties - Realizar apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos; - Efetuar apuração de: - ISS; - ICMS; - PIS e COFINS (cumulativo e não cumulativo); - Retenções tributárias (IRRF, CSRF, INSS e correlatos); - Realizar entrega e validação das obrigações acessórias: - SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI); - EFD Contribuições; - DCTF e DCTFWeb; - REINF; - Emitir guias de recolhimento de tributos; - Realizar parametrizações fiscais no SAP Business One; - Validar notas fiscais de entrada e saída; - Conferir cálculos tributários e tratamento fiscal aplicado; - Atuar na identificação e correção de rejeições e inconsistências fiscais; - Apoiar atendimentos de auditorias e fiscalizações; - Responder intimações e solicitações de órgãos fiscalizadores; - Levantar e organizar documentações fiscais; - Apoiar auditorias externas e processos de compliance tributário. Qualifications - Perfil analítico e organizado; - Atenção aos detalhes e senso crítico; - Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas; - Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; - Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas; - Interesse em aprendizado contínuo e evolução técnica. Requirements - Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis; - Experiência como Analista Fiscal; - Experiência com apuração de tributos e obrigações acessórias; - Conhecimento obrigatório em SAP Business One, especialmente em parametrizações fiscais; - Conhecimento em legislação tributária e rotinas fiscais; - Excel intermediário.
