Role Description Essex Management is seeking Business Systems Engineers at multiple levels to support process modernization and business transformation initiatives within Life Sciences and Clinical Informatics programs. These roles apply process improvement and business process reengineering methodologies to enhance organizational performance, operational efficiency, and adoption of technology-enabled solutions within regulated federal health IT environments. Depending on experience and qualifications, selected candidates may be considered for multiple openings at either the Business Systems Engineer I or Business Systems Engineer II level. Responsibilities may range from supporting senior staff on modernization initiatives to independently leading process transformation efforts and mentoring junior team members.
