Strategic Account Manager
OnTrac
Role Description The Strategic Account Manager supports OnTrac’s largest existing customers by building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a long-cycle sales role focused on growing package volume through consultative engagement and operational support. The role works closely with the Director of Customer Success and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and drive strategic growth. - Drive volume growth by selling OnTrac’s solutions to existing strategic customers and securing long-term commitments. - Manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring service excellence and timely resolution of customer needs. - Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy. - Prepare and deliver business reviews and presentations that highlight performance and growth opportunities. - Represent OnTrac at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and brand presence. - Leverage internal tools and best practices to support account planning, performance tracking, and customer engagement.
