Role Description Integrarte a un equipo de infraestructura y plataformas en la nube para diseñar, implementar y operar pipelines de CI/CD, infraestructura como código y clústeres containerizados en Azure. El rol implica liderazgo técnico en prácticas DevOps, automatización de despliegues y mejora continua de la plataforma para entregar soluciones confiables y escalables. Responsibilities - Diseñar, construir y mantener pipelines de CI/CD en Azure DevOps o herramientas equivalentes. - Proveer y gestionar infraestructura como código usando Terraform aplicando buenas prácticas de modularidad y reutilización. - Administrar y optimizar clústeres Kubernetes (AKS o autoservicio) incluyendo despliegues, monitoreo y escalado. - Automatizar tareas de configuración y orquestación con Ansible y scripting en PowerShell para entornos Windows y mixtos. - Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para integrar pruebas, seguridad y observabilidad dentro de pipelines. - Definir y aplicar políticas de seguridad, backup y recuperación para la infraestructura en Azure. - Participar en on-call rotativo, resolución de incidentes y post-mortems para asegurar la continuidad del servicio. - Documentar arquitecturas, runbooks y procedimientos operativos; transferir conocimiento al equipo. Qualifications - Experiencia comprobable como DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer de nivel Senior (mín. 4 años en roles afines). - Experiencia práctica en Microsoft Azure: despliegues, networking, IAM y servicios PaaS/IaaS. - Dominio de CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins u otras herramientas similares. - Experiencia con Terraform para provisión de infraestructura a escala (excluyente). - Administración de Kubernetes en producción (despliegues, Helm, troubleshooting). - Automatización con Ansible y scripting avanzado en PowerShell. - Inglés: nivel B2 (habilidad para comunicarse con equipos técnicos y leer documentación). - Residir en Argentina. Preferred Qualifications - Certificaciones Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400, Terraform Associate). - Experiencia con observabilidad: Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights o similar. - Conocimientos en seguridad cloud: Azure Policy, Sentinel, o herramientas de scanning IaC. - Familiaridad con contenedores Windows y Linux en entornos mixtos. - Experiencia en automatización de pruebas y pipelines de despliegue canary/blue-green.
