Role Description We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators who will help us transform and evolve in the AI era. This is not a traditional role with narrowly defined responsibilities. You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on: - Identifying inefficiencies - Challenging legacy workflows - Implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact What matters the most: - Ability to solve real problems in a variety of different departments across the organization - Be agile and forward-thinking - Not to be tied to legacy systems and processes - Be innovative and propose creative solutions - Adaptability We are looking for people who naturally ask: “Why do we still do it this way?” and then help build something new and better.
