Job Description
Senior Technical Product Manager
Partao
Role Description partao is rebuilding how the product gets built. We believe the next generation of product managers will not just write specs, they will work shoulder-to-shoulder with AI agents to explore the codebase, draft requirements, propose architectures and turn ideas into engineering-ready tickets in a fraction of the time it used to take. We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to be one of the people inventing how that actually works at Partao. You will own real product areas, and at the same time you will be deeply embedded in our AI tooling - using the Claude Code harness as a daily working environment alongside our engineers. This is a hybrid role. Half senior product manager, half technical product owner, with a strong opinion about how AI changes the way modern product teams operate. What Makes this Role Different - You will not just write a PRD and throw it over the wall. You will sit inside the Claude Code harness, point it at our codebase, and generate the first version of Jira tickets directly from the code that already exists. - Architecture decisions are not made for you by engineering, they are made with engineering, inside the same AI-augmented working environment. - You bring product intent; engineering brings system reality; the harness helps close the gap fast. - If you love both the business side of product and the technical depth of a great TPM, and you are genuinely excited about agentic AI as a working partner, this role is built for you. What You Will Own - Product: - Own one or more product areas across the partao platform - likely a mix of customer-facing surfaces (search, fitment, checkout, account) and the supplier/catalog side that powers them. - Translate business goals into a credible product roadmap, with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and kill criteria defined before building. - Discover, frame and prioritise problems worth solving. Talk to customers, dig into data, and pressure-test your own assumptions. - Write specs that engineers actually want to build from - outcome-driven, with sharp acceptance criteria and the technical context engineers need. - Technical depth: - Work side-by-side with engineering on architecture decisions - system design, data modelling, integration boundaries, performance trade-offs. - Read the code. You do not need to ship pull requests, but you do need to be able to open the repo, follow how something is implemented, and have an informed opinion about whether a proposed approach is the right one. - Hold the bar on technical quality: observability, error budgets, security and platform health are first-class concerns, not someone else's problem. - AI-augmented requirements & architecture: - Use the Claude Code harness as your primary requirements environment. Point it at the codebase, explore how the current system behaves, and turn that understanding into well-structured Jira tickets - directly grounded in the code. - Run architecture working sessions with engineering inside the same harness. Use AI to compare options, generate diagrams, surface risks and converge on an architecture plan that everyone - product, engineering and the CTO can stand behind. - Automate the boring parts of PM work: backlog grooming, ticket enrichment, cross-linking Confluence pages, drafting stakeholder updates, summarising customer feedback. - Build and improve internal skills, prompts and playbooks so that the rest of the product and engineering team can work the same way. - Cross-functional leadership: - Partner with engineering leads, designers, marketing, operations and our suppliers to ship outcomes. - Communicate clearly with non-technical and technical stakeholders. - Coach and raise the bar of the people around you. Qualifications - 5+ years as a product manager, with at least 2 of those years in a clearly technical product role (TPM, platform PM, infra/data PM, developer-tools PM, or similar). - Strong technical fluency. You can read code in at least one modern stack, reason about system design, and have an informed view on databases, APIs, queues, caching and frontend/back-end trade-offs. Bonus if you have shipped code professionally in the past. - E-commerce, marketplace or high-volume consumer product experience. You understand catalog, search, checkout, payments and operational realities. - Hands-on with AI tooling. You already use coding agents and LLM-based tools as part of your daily workflow. You have an opinion about where they help, where they don't, and how to make them part of a team's operating model. - Excellent written communication. - Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. - Remote-ready. You can run async, take initiative across time zones, and treat written communication as a first-class skill. Bonus Points - Experience building or maintaining internal AI tooling - custom Claude Code skills, plugins, prompts, agent harnesses, evaluation harnesses, etc. - Background in automotive, parts, fitment data, PIM/MDM, or other catalog-heavy domains. - Experience with Magento and/or Next.js codebases. - Track record of mentoring or leading other PMs. - Comfortable presenting at engineering all-hands and writing for a technical audience. Benefits - A senior, autonomous role with direct access to the CTO and the rest of the leadership team. - A genuine seat at the table where the AI-native way of building product is being defined. - A fully remote setup. - Clear path for growth as the company scales. - Modern stack, modern tools, modern decision-making. We are not afraid to throw out yesterday's process if a better one exists today. How to Apply Submit your application to careers@partao.com and include your CV and a short note on why you're excited about this role. We review applications weekly and aim to move quickly.

Title: Senior Manager, Product Management - Data Integr... Location: Hybrid - New York, NY; Reston, VA; Portland, OR (or Remote) Hybrid / Remote Job Description: Comscore is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future. This includes individuals currently on F-1 OPT, CPT, or any other visa status that would require future sponsorship. About This Role: Comscore is building the industry's leading audience measurement platform-where shared foundations (identity, metadata, methodology, and delivery surfaces) are reused across products in a unified, interconnected measurement platform; and partners can integrate once and scale across workflows. The Senior Manager, Product Management - Data Integrations (Platform) is the single-threaded owner for third-party data integrations that power advanced audience onboarding/activation and measurement workflows with key ecosystem partners-such as data and identify partners, agency holding companies, and sell-side distributors. This role is a hands-on technical product leader: you will define integration patterns, data contracts, partner-facing capabilities, and operational standards that allow integrations to be repeatable, observable, and scalable. This is not a "generalist" role. It is a Platform PM role with deep accountability for data integrity, schemas/contracts, delivery reliability, and partner technical execution. What You'll Own: You will own the platform capabilities that let partners reliably: - Onboard and register audiences (e.g., segment metadata + IDs/tags) and make them usable downstream. - Execute measurement queries (commercial + viewership use cases) and validate outputs against defined schemas and logic. - Receive outputs through modern delivery surfaces (e.g., Snowflake-based delivery, data shares/clean rooms/APIs/feeds-depending on partner workflow and governance constraints). - Operate within required governance and compliance constraints (e.g., privacy-safe joins/aggregation in clean rooms where needed). What You'll Do: 1) Build and run the Data Integrations product roadmap - Define the integration roadmap as durable platform capabilities (not one-off partner projects), including standardized onboarding, data contracts, validation, delivery, and monitoring. - Maintain a prioritized backlog with Engineering, grounded in partner value, platform reuse, and clear operational success metrics (SLAs, defect rates, time-to-integrate). 2) Partner-facing technical product leadership - Serve as the product owner for technical integration relationships: partner technical discovery, data mapping, delivery design, rollout planning, and ongoing change management. - Translate partner workflows into explicit producer-consumer contracts (schemas, definitions, access approvals, versioning expectations). 3) Data stewardship, integrity, and operational readiness - Own schemas, definitions, and documentation for integration datasets; ensure data outputs are discoverable, governed, and stable for downstream consumers. - Define and enforce data quality metrics, SLAs, observability, and launch readiness gates for integrations. - Drive repeatable validation approaches (e.g., end-to-end "round trip" workflows: onboarding → modeling → query validation → delivery verification). 4) Hands-on technical skills - Be independently capable of using SQL to validate partner data and outputs, investigate issues, and unblock delivery (Snowflake strongly preferred; MySQL/PostgreSQL acceptable with demonstrated depth). - Partner with Engineering to root-cause issues across ingestion, transformation, query logic, and delivery-then turn learnings into hardened platform features and guardrails. 5) Platform leverage: standardize integration patterns - Create reusable integration "building blocks" (templates/patterns) so the next partner is faster, safer, and cheaper to onboard than the last-avoiding bespoke drift. - Ensure integration decisions reinforce unified delivery surfaces (APIs/feeds/data shares/clean rooms), rather than proliferating one-off pipelines. What You'll Need: Product leadership + partner ecosystem - 5+ years of Product Management experience, including prior ownership of data-heavy, technical products. - Demonstrated experience working directly with external partners in ad tech / media / measurement ecosystems-ideally including agency holdcos and/or sell-side distributors (or adjacent partners like identity/data providers). Hands-on technical depth - Strong, practical SQL skills with the ability to independently query and validate datasets and outputs; Snowflake experience strongly preferred (or equivalent depth in PostgreSQL/MySQL plus clear Snowflake exposure). - Proven capability in data analysis: investigating anomalies, validating business logic, reconciling outputs to expected schemas, and communicating findings clearly. - Experience defining data contracts (schemas/definitions/versioning), and collaborating with Engineering on data pipelines, APIs, and delivery mechanisms. Domain expertise - Strong familiarity with advanced advertising workflows and the audience/measurement space (e.g., advanced audiences, activation/measurement loops, outcomes required by agencies and sell-side partners). - Comfort operating in environments where delivery may require governance controls and privacy-safe approaches (e.g., clean rooms / restricted extraction patterns). Execution & communication - Ability to translate ambiguous partner needs into crisp product definitions, sequencing, and launch plans-while making tradeoffs explicit and protecting platform integrity. - Strong stakeholder communication: partner-facing clarity, internal alignment, and executive-ready status/risk communication. Nice to Have: - Direct experience integrating with or supporting workflows for partners in the data and identify partner / agency holdco / major broadcaster ecosystem. - Experience with delivery in/through Snowflake (data shares), and/or clean room patterns where outputs are aggregated and privacy-safe. - Familiarity with end-to-end integration validation practices (onboarding → query validation → Snowflake delivery verification). - Experience with data observability/quality tooling and operational readiness practices (monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, incident reduction).
