Job Description

Staff Engineer, SAP Human Experience Management

Nagarro

• Understand customer needs and recommend scalable, best-practice solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience while adhering to SAP standards and customer standards within SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management, in the area of Recruiting management. • Strong understanding of permission setup and provide guidance on permission settings to the customer. • Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve complex issues adhering to the agreed SLAs, perform testing activities with minimal customer support and deliver user training to maximize system adoption. • Manage and provide recommendations on integration aspects related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. • Provide necessary guidance to arrive at clear and accurate effort estimations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide timely updates, and ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
  • Strong expertise in Talent Management Recruiting is essential
  • In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors processes, including Core HR, Recruiting (RCM Recruiting Management, RMK Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Posting)
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors configuration, administration, and integration frameworks
  • Good understanding of support SLA requirements will be an added advantage
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Talent Management Recruiting is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
