• Review and manage community contributions • Review community PRs with clear, actionable feedback and help maintain a two-week review SLA. • Guide contributors through the review process so they understand what is needed to move their PRs forward. • Help improve and automate the process of managing community contributions as n8n’s builder community continues to scale. • Improve contribution quality and product reliability • Debug and fix bugs across the n8n codebase that impact contributors, nodes, or workflow behavior. • Work with external APIs, SDKs, authentication flows, and node logic to identify root causes and ship reliable fixes. • Follow contributions through to resolution with consistent updates, testing, and collaboration with maintainers. • Support community nodes, docs, and node enhancements • Vet community nodes to help ensure they meet n8n’s quality, security, and usability expectations. • Make targeted docs tweaks that help users and contributors understand how to build, test, and improve workflows. • Contribute to node enhancements and adjacent engineering tasks that make n8n easier to extend and maintain.

• Design and operate cloud infrastructure supporting petabyte–exabyte-scale systems. • Manage and evolve production Kubernetes clusters with high availability and predictable scaling. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster builds, reliable tests, and safer deployments. • Improve developer experience by reducing friction and automating workflows. • Contribute to E2E testing and release-confidence systems. • Strengthen observability across logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. • Collaborate across engineering teams on architecture, reliability, and scaling challenges. • Own customer-facing technical integration — guide deployments, troubleshoot infra-level issues in customer environments, and ensure Granica runs reliably within diverse cloud, data, and security stacks. • Drive operational excellence through reliability, automation, and best practices.

• Front end/UI development for web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript tooling (including Vite) • Develop and maintain client-side code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Develop and integrate server-side services and APIs using NodeJS (and ExpressJS preferred) • Design, write, unit test, and document application code • Write and optimize MS SQL queries (joins, views, stored procedures as needed) to support application features and reporting needs • Read, interpret, and write clear, concise reports, requirements definitions, User Stories, detailed design documents, and online correspondence with client as needed using tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Provide critical thinking, problem solving, design, and attention to performance, scalability, reliability, and availability at the system and component level • Participate in software design and architecture discussions to ensure the software meets functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders as needed, including performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
