About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Account Director, Demand Partnerships EMEA, based in London, to lead our most strategic demand relationships across agency holding groups and DSP partners. This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships across EMEA. This position is based in London with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote). In this role you will - Own and grow strategic relationships with agency holding groups and DSP partners - Act as a senior strategic advisor to key stakeholders across agencies and platforms - Drive measurable revenue growth across EMEA through PMP deals, SPO initiatives, and platform adoption - Build and manage a portfolio of high-impact partnerships with clear revenue accountability - Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership agreements - Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies tied to revenue outcomes - Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels and formats - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable partner-driven solutions - Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations linked to business growth - Represent ConnectAd at industry events and executive-level engagements Success in this role will be measured by - Revenue growth across DSP and agency partnerships (EMEA targets) - Growth in DSP spend routed through ConnectAd - Number and scale of strategic partnerships established - PMP / SPO deal volume and revenue contribution - Expansion into new markets, channels, and demand segments - Contribution to overall EMEA demand growth Requirements - 8–12+ years experience in programmatic advertising or platform partnerships - Strong network across DSPs and agency holding groups - Proven success managing high-value strategic partnerships - Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem - Strong commercial and negotiation skills - Experience working across EMEA markets - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Professional working proficiency in English Benefits - Competitive compensation with bonus and long-term incentives (Base salary: £85,000 – £105,000 per year, depending on experience) - Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote) - A strategic leadership role with high visibility - A collaborative, international environment - The opportunity to shape demand strategy across EMEA
