Title: Contract & Compliance Coordinator Location: Remote USA Department: Contract Services Job Description: About the Role The Contracts Manager is a key member of a two-person Contract Services team within a shared services organization supporting multiple entities. Reporting to the Director of Contract Services, this role provides hands-on support across the full contract lifecycle. This is a full-time, remote position suited for a self-starter with 5+ years of experience in contract administration or coordination who works independently, communicates professionally with colleagues and vendors, and brings a high level of accuracy, discretion, and accountability to their work. In a small, high-functioning team, individual contributions directly impact department success, with opportunities for continued growth as systems and processes evolve. Responsibilities - Support the contract lifecycle across multiple entities and client types, stepping in when customization, amendments, or modifications fall outside the scope of approved templates, and ensuring all contract activity is accurately tracked and documented in the CRM - Draft, review, and refine contract documents, amendments, statements of work, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail - Manage and maintain the department inbox, triaging incoming requests, correspondence, and time-sensitive items with professionalism and urgency - Serve as a day-to-day user of the department's custom CRM - Identify and flag issues, inconsistencies, or risks within contract documents and recommend solutions proactively - Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and the Finance Department to ensure seamless contract coordination across all entities, serving as a reliable point of contact for contract-related questions and needs - Support the Director with contract-related projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as needed Position Requirements - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities without close supervision - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all written work product - Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues early, and recommend practicalsolutions - A proactive communicator who follows through on commitments without being prompted - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly - Proficiency with technology platforms and the ability to learn and adapt to a custom CRM quickly - Professional written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit contract language clearly and precisely The individual must balance independent work with collaboration across teams and interact professionally with all employees and external contacts.Confidentiality on all matters is required. Position Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, contract coordination, legal support, or a closely related field - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and standard contract structures - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit contract language clearly and precisely - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology platforms, including a CRM - Proactive communicator who follows through on commitments Preferred - Experience supporting multiple entities or clients simultaneously within a shared services model Work Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
