• Design and build backend infrastructure using Supabase, PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS, Storage, Realtime, and Edge Functions. • Create clean database schemas with proper relationships, indexes, constraints, and migration planning. • Write secure Row Level Security policies for user-facing tables. • Set up authentication flows, permissions, sessions, and access logic where needed. • Build TypeScript/Deno Edge Functions for business logic, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and API integrations. • Integrate third-party tools such as Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, SendGrid/Resend, Zapier/Make, or client-specific APIs. • Connect React/Tailwind frontends to the backend and help bridge the handoff between UI and infrastructure. • Review existing backend work and suggest improvements without overcomplicating the product. • Help turn prototypes into stable, scalable, production-ready applications.

• Own the design and implementation of major integrations and subsystems, from initial partner evaluation through production rollout and ongoing operation. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party data providers (KYB, KYC/IDV, AML, fraud, banking, identity) and abstract them behind clean, versioned internal contracts • Design, evolve, and operate Worth's public REST APIs and SDKs, with strong attention to versioning, backward compatibility, authentication, rate limiting, and developer experience. • Break down ambiguous partner specs, customer integration requirements, and vendor edge cases into clear technical designs with well-understood tradeoffs. • Write high-quality production code across backend and (where needed) frontend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and React.js. • Design and evolve PostgreSQL schemas that capture vendor responses, normalization layers, and crosswalking metadata, with strong attention to indexing, performance, and data integrity. • Build event-driven workflows with Kafka and Redis that orchestrate enrichment, retries, dead-lettering, and backpressure across slow or flaky upstream APIs. • Optimize slow queries and resolve systemic performance bottlenecks in high-throughput integration pipelines. • Deploy, monitor, and debug containerized integration services in Kubernetes, including the alerting and runbooks that catch vendor degradations before customers do. • Lead pragmatic refactors of legacy or accreted integration code into modular, testable, swappable adapters. • Handle production incidents methodically (vendor outages, schema changes, auth rotations, quota exhaustion) and harden the system to reduce recurrence. • Lead by example in code reviews, coaching others on integration patterns, resilience, testing strategy, and API design. • Communicate complex tradeoffs across engineering, product, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.

• Develop scalable backend services that handle tracking and execution of hundreds of thousands of routes in real time, along with reporting and suggested optimizations to better utilize vehicles, drivers, and take optimal routes to accomplish their work. • Create web interfaces that allow dispatchers and fleet managers to create and manage routes and deliveries for their entire organization from a single pane of glass. • Implement APIs and integrations with TMS/ERP systems that process millions of route events a day. • Bringing to life our next-gen commercial navigation features that utilize real-time data (weather, live traffic, hours of service) into our route tracking flow to make routes accurate and dynamically optimal for our customers.
