The VinSolutions Performance Manager is expected to build and maintain relationships with external clients and ensure client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities to ensure client and revenue retention and drive product utilization. The Performance Manager owns the client relationship on behalf of the company and will act as the client advocate internally by communicating the client's needs to various departments. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
