Role Description Norris Insurance Group is expanding and looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our elite sales team. With over $28 million in combined premiums, we are one of the largest and fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the country—and we're just getting started. We have three successful agency locations, and we are actively hiring for all of our offices to meet the growing demand from new and existing customers. Responsibilities - Connect with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven opportunities - Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Educate potential clients on coverage options and benefits - Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals - Maintain compliance with Allstate policies and industry regulations Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A passion for customer service and helping others - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive in-house training Compensation & Benefits - $42,000 - $150,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses) - 401(k) & 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Bonus opportunities - Comprehensive in-house training & mentorship - Inbound leads & full marketing support Work Location This is a remote position.
