Role Description Norris Insurance Group is expanding and looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our elite sales team. We have three successful agency locations, and we are actively hiring for all of our offices to meet the growing demand from new and existing customers. Responsibilities - Connect with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven opportunities - Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Educate potential clients on coverage options and benefits - Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals - Maintain compliance with Allstate policies and industry regulations Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A passion for customer service and helping others - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive in-house training Compensation & Benefits - $42,000 - $150,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses) - 401(k) & 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Bonus opportunities - Comprehensive in-house training & mentorship - Inbound leads & full marketing support Work Location This is a remote position.

• Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc. • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Develop business plan and present the business plan during quarterly review sessions • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal forecasting system (SFDC) • Self-generate leads from a personal connections, referral partners, and regional networking events • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the Implementation and Support experience
