Role Description Siamo alla ricerca di un/una SEO Content Specialist in grado di sviluppare contenuti autorevoli, tecnici e accurati, che consolidino REPA come punto riferimento nel mondo delle attrezzature per la ristorazione professionale e dei ricambi, ottimizzando ogni contenuto per motori di ricerca e per le nuove tecnologie di risposta basate su AI. - Sviluppare contenuti specialistici su attrezzature, ricambi, manutenzione, compatibilità e troubleshooting. - Produrre how‑to, guide tecniche, FAQ, contenuti problem‑solving e articoli approfonditi. - Tradurre informazioni tecniche complesse in contenuti chiari, accurati e ben strutturati. - Collaborare con product expert, category manager, team Sales, Customer Care, e partner OEM. - Ottimizzare i contenuti per SEO e per i sistemi di risposta AI (featured snippet, PAA, AI‑overview). - Costruire topic cluster, pillar page e architetture di contenuto coerenti. - Revisionare e migliorare i contenuti esistenti sulla base di insight di performance e segnali di ranking. Qualifications - Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Giornalismo, Ingegneria, o discipline affini. - 1–3 anni di esperienza nella creazione di contenuti orientati per la SEO. - Ottima capacità di produrre contenuti tecnici approfonditi e accurati. - Eccellente abilità nel rendere chiari e semplici concetti complessi. - Solida comprensione della search intent e delle principali pratiche SEO (ottimizzazione on‑page, keyword research, content architecture, internal linking, topic cluster). - Capacità di progettare contenuti “AI‑ready”, facilmente interpretabili e citabili dai sistemi AI (struttura chiara, definizioni, passaggi logici, tabelle, confronti). - Padronanza degli strumenti AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude) per ricerca, drafting e QA dei contenuti. - Capacità di leggere e interpretare metriche di performance (ranking, impression, CTR, snippet inclusion) e migliorare i contenuti di conseguenza. - Approccio strutturato, proattivo e orientato alla collaborazione con team tecnici. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2-C1).
